What Trailer Is Best to Convert to Tiny House

We congenital a tiny business firm, and honey it! And want to share our experience and plans with you so you can build 1 too!

Size

Our tiny house is congenital on a trailer 24' long and 8'6" wide (the verbal trailer is a PJ Super Wide Channel B6). Considering of roof overhangs, the tiny business firm is slightly over width, requiring u.s. to have a let to send in our state. Regulations vary by state, then cheque locally earlier building.

Purpose

The purpose of our tiny firm is to use while working on a remote cabin. We built information technology in town, and so towed information technology across a frozen lake during the winter, equally there are no roads to the remote cabin site. It is not a primary home for usa, so does non take many amenities as a primary dwelling would.

We choose to go along our tiny house dry to reduce maintenance, as we have extreme cold in Alaska, and this is very common in our area. We will be releasing additional plans that include full amenities should someone want to build this tiny business firm for full time living.

Modified Floor Plans

Since and then many of you have requested, I take created an additional flooring plan with a bathroom included.

I tried to go along the counterbalanced await on the forepart side past dividing up the main window into three smaller windows. This is likewise good for transport, every bit wider windows weaken walls laterally.
